我是2001年才知道这个乐队，这个乐队其实76年就成立了，当时主唱Robert Smith才17岁！本来没被看好，因为他们不懂包装，讨厌玩花样，音乐较黑暗。但后来被独立唱片公司Fiction老总看中，之后出了Boys Don’t Cry，征服了听众。之后Robert以蜘蛛网的发型，黑眼圈造型出现在舞台。将自己矛盾，多重的人格写入音乐，十多张专辑的歌都出自这位天才笔下。cure风格多样，有歌特，学院摇滚，另类流行，电子，后朋克...由于种种原因，乐队除了灵魂人物Robert，其他成员频频调换。
